The bases for accessing the Digital Kit program have been published in the BOE, which allows SMEs and the self-employed to digitize.
Companies will be able to access aid based on their volume:
less than 3 workers: €2,000
between 3 and 9 workers: €6,000
between 10 and 49 workers: €12,000
The eligible solutions are:
- website and internet presence
- electronic commerce
- social media management
- Customer Management
- business intelligence and analytics
- process management
- Electronic bill
- virtual office
- secure communications
- cyber security
The first call is expected to be published between February and March 2022, aimed at companies with between 10 and 49 workers.
The solutions can only be offered by the "Digitizing Agents", which are companies adhering to the Digital Kit program. These will be the ones who will present the documentation and process the aid, and will also collect it directly, without the companies that can benefit from the program having to make any initial outlay.
